Returning your Flokati
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, and we don't want you to feel like it is a risk to buy from us. We know our rugs are great, and are sure you will like yours once you feel the quality.
You can return anything you purchase from us for a full
refund.
You have seven days only from receipt of goods in which to inform us of returns for any reason. The cost of returning goods other than faulty or errors will be paid for by the customer, I would recommend www.interparcel.com to book a courier. The cost will be between £8 and £25, depending on the size of your rug.
All returns must be packaged as received and product as new, or a full refund will not be given. We can arrange collection for you however we will have to bill you if you are not in at the time of collection. Any orders sent outside of the UK Mainland are non returnable.
WE ARE OFFERING FREE RETURNS -
We are confident that you will be very happy with your flokati , kilim , shag rug or hide. We have had so few returned that we can offer this new service.
If you receive it and decide you do not like it we will arrange to collect it from you for FREE.
(if you miss the collection that we arrange, then you are responsible for arranging a new courier)
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt, after this time you will be responsible for returns shipping costs.
This service is for your first shipment only and for up to 3 rugs. We will only pay for collection once.

If in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the item, or you receive
something other than what you ordered we will pay for the
