Delivery of your flokati rug We use a next day service with Fed-Ex (http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=gb) , so you can expect your order within working hours on the working day after you place your order. (Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the folowing working day). If your order is over £70 then we do not charge for delivery, So in most cases delivery will be FREE. For smaller orders we charge £8 for delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the tracking page of the ANC website. We also can deliver within Europe. The delivery cost is based on the weight and delivery takes 2-5 days. Click here for returns information

IMPORTANT! If the delivery packaging looks damaged in anyway, you must sign for it as damaged. In the unlikely events that the contents are also damaged you must have signed for it as damaged and let us know within 24hours. (i would recommend signing for it as damaged just as a precaution). Everything is dispatched in perfect condition.
