Free Next Day UK DeliveryDelivery for most of the UK is completely free on orders over £70 - for orders under £70 we charge £8. For some UK islands and highland areas we charge the following amounts on all orders.
Free ReturnsIf you want to return your rug, just let us know within 7 days and (if your order was for more than £70), we will organise the return shipping at our expense. This is truly risk free internet shopping. To avoid abuse, this is limited to one order per customer. (UK mainland customers , not Highlands and Islands ). Find out more here Full 100% RefundsUnlike most other webshops, if you buy from us and decide that you don't like what you have, you can send it back for a full refund. As shipping is free on most orders, and returns within 7 days are free, you will not be a single penny out of pocket. (Compare this to other webshops where you have to pay £20 and more for your own returns and the shipping fee is not refunded as well!). If you pay shipping for orders under £70, Saturday or guaranteed AM delivery, then this is not refundable. Immediate Dispatch & Full TrackabilityWe use a next day service with reliable couriers, so you can expect your order within working hours on the working day after you place your order. (Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the folowing working day). Delivery to THESE POSTCODES may take a couple of extra days.Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the tracking page of couriers website (usually around 6pm, but sometimes the following morning). If you have not received an email with tracking information, please get in touch before you waste any time waiting in for a delivery that isn't going to happen. We also can deliver within Europe and to the UK islands. The delivery cost is based on the weight and delivery takes 2-5 days. If the wrong location is selected on the checkout, we may need to contact you before dispatch to collect the correct payment for shipping. If the rug is damaged in transit , you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to inform us and the courier. (I know this is a short time, but it is the couriers terms and conditions, and we can't claim from them for damage unless we inform them within this time). So please open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. I recommend always signing for any shipment as damaged by default, so that you can always claim! |
