These are original Greek Flokati rugs. The 2800g/m2 Flokati rugs are made from 128/2 Drysdale New Zealand wool on a base of the same wool. These are the most luxurious Flokati rugs. They are thick and soft and being wool, they just improve with age and use.
Bespoke sized Flokati are in the natural white wool colour only. (Unless you need 20+ rugs!)

As soon as we have your order, we will start to make your rug.
You can still return your rug, but we will only refund half the total price.

These are hand made rugs. There is a small margin of error of about 5cm in each dimension, maybe a little more on really big rugs. There is also a slight margin for variation on the colour. If you are ordering a big rug, the colour will be more accurate because we get to dye more wool at once. We are happy to make a small sample of your rug so you can see the colour, but of course this will double the total delivery time.
Your rug will be individually made according to your instructions. It will then be sent by air from our factory in Greece to the UK and we will send it on to you from our warehouse.
5. BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER RUGS
5.1 Once the rug has left our factory, the shipping cost on bespoke and made to order rugs is not refundable under any circumstances.
5.2 We start work immediately on receiving your order. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order with no penalty. After this point, we will refund a maximum and the lowest of £500 or 50% of the price of the rug.
5.3 If you cancel your order before the rug leaves our factory, we will refund you any shipping fees you have paid, before refunding a maximum and the lowest of £500 or 50% of the price of the rug.
5.4 You can return your bespoke or made to order rug for any reason provided that you notify us in writing within 30 calendar days of delivery (beginning with the day following delivery of your order). The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We will refund a maximum and the lowest of £500 or 33% of the price of the rug.
