You can track the delivery progress of your rug. You will also receive emails at each step which contain the courier contact details and tracking code. Or you can track from the ‘my account’ page if you created an account when you placed your order.
If you order by 1pm, we will ship your order the same day on a next day delivery service(week-ends excepted).
We use APC or UPS for most shipments although we sometimes use other couriers depending on the size of the rugs or the delivery address. We use a next day service to most UK postcodes except for highlands and islands.

For international deliveries we use Fedex and UPS. Delivery times and costs depend on the country. Within Europe the delivery time is about 3-5 working days. Outside Europe it is 5-12 working days. The price depends on the size and weight of the rug ordered and will be displayed at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to come and collect your rug from our warehouse, although in this case the responsibility for delivery passes to the customers as soon as the rug is collected.
Remember, If you want delivery to somewhere in the EU. They will most likely charge some import taxes. You can order from our Swedish stock of Flokati rugs to solve that problem (if you want a flokati). www.mattor-online.se
