You can track the delivery progress of your rug. You will also receive emails at each step which contain the courier contact details and tracking code. Or you can track from the ‘my account’ page if you created an account when you placed your order.


Our warehouse will be operating all the way to the 23rd December. I would advise choosing Special Delivery after 17th December if you want delivery for Christmas.

Our warehouse is closed from 24th December to 4th January, so if you order from 23rd December in the afternoon, you can expect delivery around the 6th January.

Customer service is also officially closed in this time, but Ada said she will be replying to some emails on the inbetween days, so it is always worth sending an email. Any questions will certainly be answered by the end of the 4th January 2021.

Free Next Day Shipping

If you order by 1pm, we will ship your order the same day on a next day delivery service(week-ends excepted).

We use APC or UPS for most shipments although we sometimes use other couriers depending on the size of the rugs or the delivery address. We use a next day service to most UK postcodes except for highlands and islands.

International Rugs Deliveries

For international deliveries we use Fedex and UPS. Delivery times and costs depend on the country. Within Europe the delivery time is about 3-5 working days. Outside Europe it is 5-12 working days. The price depends on the size and weight of the rug ordered andwill be displayed at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to come and collect your rug from our warehouse, although in this case the responsibility for delivery passes to the customers as soon as the rug is collected.
